I felt very rushed, she didn't take time to ask me questions and she wrote off all of my symptoms. She didn't seem like she cared at all... Not very friendly and I didn't feel like she took my concerns seriously. I wouldn't recommend going to see her if you are looking for a new pcp.

The office staff was pretty sub-par. As a first time patient at this office I received little to no instruction on the procedures for paperwork etc...my wait time was over an hour. I had an 8:30AM appointment and wasn't seen until 9:35AM...that being said. Dr. Kempf was excellent. She is super nice and very patient. I would return to this office based on her alone.

Dr. Kempf is attentive, energetic, and through in her appointment. She is the first Primary doctor I've had that I felt comfortable and in good hands. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking a doctor who is there for you.

Dr, Kemph was very personable and knowledgeable. She referred me to Medicare for some therapy. She efficiently filled my prescriptions and asked if I wanted 90 day ones instead of 30 day. I told her I would look into that if it was cheaper and if Medicare would cover it..and Walgreen's.
I have a follow-up after seeing Dr. Graham(urologist specialist) on June 2,2015. later that week on Friday.

I would definitely recommend Dr Kempf. She was insightful, humorous and straight to the point.
I'm fearful of all people, places and things medical related, however I felt at ease with Dr Kempf and the staff. I'm confident that you will too!

Dr was argumentative and laughed off my visit. Ive been sick for 3 weeks so my husband says go to doctor. Against my best wishes I do and I loved the online convenience of making my dr appt. but it was my first visit to this doctor. There was no welcoming. Just fill out forms and btw give me you dl and ins card to speed up your wait time. Then nurse gets me and no greeting again just get on scale, do blood pressure, temperature etc. then asks why i need to see dr. I filled out forms telling them why i was there but she didnt bither reading them because had she. The question was redundant. Then she asked what are your symptoms of your uti. Really. That was unnecessary. I guess I was not sick enough for them. I felt rushed by dr. She didnt even thank me or say goodbye. She just made sure I gave paper to Hailey which had copayment amount highlighted, bc I guess she wanted to make sure I didnt escape from paying my copay. Afterall, even Hailey asked me if there was a follow up visit or prescription. I said I just know per doc Hailey needs the paper. Rude, rude, just plain rude. Ive had breast cancer, Im educated and by now I know how it goes at drs offices. Definitely I could tell the Dr was new at it and staff probably underpaid. Also patients there were not courteous of others. They had there cell phones blasting and wouldnt even go to front desk girl to answer her questions. Theyd just shout out entire conversations. Never will I go back to that office. They dont have it together. It was a disgusting experience!!!!! No bedside manners for this doctor.

I have recently moved to Texas so this was a first appointment for me with a new doctor. I had been looking on line for several weeks and couldn't make a decision until I stumbled onto ZocDoc. This was a great user friendly website and I instantly found exactly what I wanted. My visit was professional from the front office to the doctor. I felt confident and comfortable with the doctor and her friendly manner. She answered all my questions without rushing and I look forward to continuing a doctor/patient connection.
