My appointment was horrible! And might I add I will absolutely no longer be a patient. The office was over crowed I was rushed to be seen. I book for OBGYN services and I was almost given a heart scan. I never saw a doctor nor did I saw a nurse. Everything was so rushed. The nurse who took my blood had an attitude!
Overall experience TERRIBLE!

The office is full of great people with a genuine interest in helping you out. After telling the doctor here about my issues, my bloodwork was getting done within minutes and a follow up was scheduled promptly.
There wasn't a wait time, the staff was all very friendly, and at no point was there a time where I would have asked for more from anyone at this office.

I waited in the patient room for an hour after being checked in and had to go ask the front desk how long the wait would be for the Doctor. And then I waited almost another 10 minutes. When the doctor finally came, 2 people came in the office asking her a question. After waiting for over an hour, I think they could have waited 2 minutes until she was available and without a patient to ask their question. Then when telling the doctor about my symptoms, once I said there was no pain, she came across a bit dismissive of it not being a stye. Which, I’m not a doctor so sure, but the bedside manner after waiting an hour was not great. Saw her for maybe 5 minutes and was interrupted twice.

Unprofessional. The girl I had was super nice but there were 3 other people popping in to look for her, then two walked in on me getting changed, then one forgot to do my vitals and did it as I was checking out at the front, and they’re trying to get me to come back to do something that I don’t need

I showed up early and had my paperwork filled out within 5 minutes of my appointment start time. I wasn't seen until 55 minutes after that. The appointment was in a small storage room with a stretcher in it, and the doctor was fine. I was just asked a few questions and then told to come back in a couple weeks to do actual tests and blood work. One front desk staff member was kind, and the other was dismissive.

The office contacted me beforehand to confirm the appointment once I got to the office the receptionist was friendly and professional. Then a medical assistant came in and took some vitals, and she was also extremely pleasant. and then I saw the nurse practitioner who was very knowledgeable and had a wonderful. professional manner and answered any questions I had. I would absolutely recommend this office and I will be going back.
