Dr. Patel and his people were fantastic. I was seen right away and quickly. He was very easy to talk to. I definitely felt like everything I said was heard and he took how I felt seriously. He took the time to educate me on my symptoms and presumed diagnosis and made sure that I was comfortable with him conducting the physical examination. I definitely felt like I was partaking in my own plan of care. Would 100% go back to this physician and urgent care.

I personally did not like how the assistant talked to me in the beginning. She looked like she didn’t want to be there. If I asked a question she was hesitant and short with the answer. I had to force the conversation and try to make her laugh or something because I felt uncomfortable with how unwelcoming they were.
