I’ve been a patient of Dr.Gomez for close to 4 years. Even after I moved, I continued working with her due to her incredible insight, understanding, and knowledge. She has helped me finally find the correct medication mix for my mental health after safely weaning on and off medications due to side effects and other aspects. She truly cares about her patients and I would recommend her services to anyone!

Just wanna state that my original review was pulled. Stay away if you have substance abuse issues of any degree. Waste of your time and money. She does not have the experience or empathy for those who learned to cope through fulfillment efforts to bypass the real problem temporarily. This may not be an issue with just this psych.
If you’re actively seeking help. Find someone that matches closely to what you’re trying to resolve. Don’t use personal references that people give you. They refer out you out to them for reasons that they believe you need help with, not what you know you need help with. Trust your gut to get you out of the hole.

This was my first follow up appointment with Dr. Gomez De Vargas, and she was extremely easy to talk to, knew so much about my condition, and was able to educate me and my mother about what may be going on and how to address it efficiently. She spent ample time with us and did not rush us; something extraordinarily rare to find in psychiatrists. I would very much recommend her.
