My communication style In my practice, I use various communication techniques, including a patient-centered and basic communication style, to support my patients. I also employ cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help my patients develop coping skills. Through CBT, my patients can learn to change their thinking, manage problematic emotions, and modify their behavior.
