Hi there! I’m Meredith, a dedicated dietitian with five years of experience in the field. With a doctorate in clinical nutrition, I’m passionate about integrative health and helping individuals achieve their wellness goals by nourishing the mind, body, and spirit. I’m excited to meet you and support you on your journey to health and well-being!
By taking a holistic approach to nutrition, I aim to address not only dietary aspects but also the many factors that contribute to overall well-being—mind, body, and spirit. Through this client-centered method, my goal is to empower you to make meaningful changes that align with your personal journey.
In our first session, we’ll focus on gathering information, exploring your medical history, and identifying methods of healing to better understand your unique health journey. This will be a supportive space for you to share your experiences while I listen attentively. Together, we’ll establish two to three personalized goals to work toward in upcoming sessions. I encourage you to come prepared with ideas on how I can best support you as we navigate your personalized wellness journey.
