I waited for around an hour. The office staff was terrible. I'm not sure why the wait time has to be so long. It's like they've never set up appointments before

He seem very nice, but I fought him on a very busy day. Furthermore, I wanted to seem him for a specific reason and he wanted to sent me to all these other doctors including a obgyn. What gave him the impression that I wanted him to chose the doctor for me. I generally like to research the doctors and pick them out myself. I was discouraged by this fact. It seemed as if he was only interested in following his ideas, rather than listening to my concerns (patient desires and interests).

First impressions are everything. The staff up front ruined it for me. No one greets anyone as they come in. I stood at the window for 15 min before getting assistance. They made it seem that myself and the other patients were an inconvenience to them as if there job was to sit there as they did with their iPad and headphones on. Nice Dr. horrible waiting room staff and receptionists.
