The doctor is unprofessional and hardly communicate. It seem she couldn’t communicate in Spanish and hardly listen to me and my needs. My prescriptions not sent to the public pharmacy as requested. I ran out off medication and it is very disheartening and disappointing seeing a pcp that does not care about my well fare.

This was a terrible experience. My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 am and when I still wasn’t brought back at 11:15, I left. I even arrived to the office at 10:00 am to allow myself ample time to fill out paperwork but it didn’t matter. It’s especially upsetting because I received multiple calls and texts confirming my appointment, yet the office somehow overbooked the provider. I’m deeply disappointed, my time and gas have been wasted, and I have not been seen for the issue I booked the appointment for. This was rude, this was unprofessional, and I will not be returning to this office.

She told me I had to get lab work done for her to fill my prescriptions I’ve been taking for 10+ years and have my prior doctor send over proof I take each medication and that has been prescribed to me before. Doctors have a way to pull your prescription history, and blood work request for a prescription to be filled! All in all it’s serious to have a good and professional medical professional, it’s so important. I wasted time and money and had a very very poor experience. I was in shock at my experience - I then had to book with another doctor and come out of pocket for another visit for my refill. This is not even the half of it truly. She has a lot of availability which is why I picked her and ignored all the bad reviews on zocdoc but I paid the price. I do not recommend booking.

Prior to my appointment I called the office and they said it was not set up for telemed and they corrected it. On the date of my appointment the office called me and said that my insurance was expired and told me to call my insurance company so I spent about 15 minutes on the phone confirming my insurance was current when I called back she checked again and said I was all set I can go back to the waiting room waiting for my provider to join. I waited 2 hours until the office was closed and the provider never came I was not seen I called back the staff member who called me and left you voicemail stating I was still waiting and that I did not miss my appointment the provider never showed. Waste of time booked appointment with a different doctor after reviews indicated that this is a common issue with this provider.

The worst EVER. Did not communicate for a telehealth visit and never came on the link, never called to reschedule. Nothing CRICKETS for 40 minutes of waiting. I had to go to the ER thanks to her. Oh called the clinic and they would not answer. RUN!!! Do not book this person unless you don't want to be seen and just want to waste your time.

She rescheduled my appointment without my consultation. When I showed up to the appointment nobody was there. I waited for 45 minutes for her to show up and she sent the link at 4:11pm. would NOT recommend her to anyone. I needed this psych eval for the military and I left disappointed.
