It was a pleasure to speak with Dr. Alaia. I was going to him as a second opinion on my impending ACL surgery. He answered all my questions in a relaxed and conversational manner - a truly comforting experience. He also knew the surgeon who would be performing my surgery and spoke highly of him which was comforting as well. He was unrushed, knowledgable, honest and funny. I appreciated his time and the chance to speak with him. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Alaia is awesome! I've bene searching for a good orthopedic because I have problems in both my shoulders and both my knees. Dr. Alaia and his team are so great. I was actually a half hour early for my appointment and they took me in right away, I didn't even make it into the waiting room to sit down before I was called in!
Verified patient
I had a minor shoulder issue but he took the time to listen and address my concerns. Great bedside manners. I highly recommend!
Verified patient
The whole thing ran like clockwork; i was very impressed. From all the info that i was able to complete online beforehand - thereby avoiding having to complete pages of often sloppy forms manually. To scheduling x-rays first, very efficiently checking-in and having those completed... to then going a couple floors down to meet with Dr. Alaia. I was a few minutes early, but was called in exactly at my scheduled time. I felt very comfortable with him, and need to follow-up with an MRI. The overall experience so far was very professional and well done. And being able to manage it myself online was great also.
Verified patient
The doctor and staff were friendly and professional. Had XRAYs before seeing the doctor. It was all very quick and efficient

Dr. Alaia was amazing from the first day. He took the time to go over my injury in detail and answered all my questions. The surgery went very well and two weeks after I'm healing super fast and pain free. He did a great job! Also, his office has the most efficient people I've dealt with. They always answered my questions promptly and Dr. Alaia himself called me back to respond. I'm really happy to have chosen him as my surgeon!
This was my first time meeting with Dr. Alaia and it was one of the BEST experiences. Everyone in the office was very attentive, friendly and caring. Dr. Alaia took the time to ensure my concerns were well taken care of. Awesome bedside manner. Very professional and thorough.
