I like the doctor, I can tell he is very technical and looking forward to working on my health concerns with him. The check in process was a bit of a nightmare, office staff was clearly overwhelmed. The doctor was in surgery so i waited close to two hours to be seen, however once he arrived we addressed my concerns and he was thorough. Just make sure to block off at least 2.5 hours + travel for appointments.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The office is clean, beautiful and relaxing. Dr. Michael Balat was friendly, kind and knowledgeable. It was great! I was nervous about meeting someone new so late in the pregnancy, but Dr. M. Balat was kind, patient, and professional. He answered all of my questions as well as soothed all my concerns.

Everyone was very professional & considerate from beginning to end, from the doctor to all the staff. Doctor was very thorough. Appreciate the recomended tests done on site. The ultrasound tech and lab tech were very good. I don't mind getting blood drawn here. Over all, a very positive experience considering how I was feeling.
