Shanekwah received her Bachelor of Health Science in 2010 from The University of Florida, Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Remington College of Nursing in 2012 ,Master of Science in Nursing in 2016 and Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2024. She is currently licensed as a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Known for her compassion and stellar bedside manner, Shanekwah strives to alleviate suffering while improving your overall health, appearance and well-being. The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners serves as her credentialing body.
Shanekwah's focus for the past 14 years includes high-risk obstetrics, family medicine and psychiatry. Her advanced nursing training experience also includes injecting aesthetic neuromodulators (ie. Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, etc) and dermal fillers. She has a MULTI-STATE licenses for telemedicine visits (CA, FL, GA, IL, NY, SC, TX and many more to come).

As someone with high anxiety surrounding health concerns and in medical settings, I could not have had a better experience or felt more comfortable.
Dr. Melville advocated for me prior to my appointment by directly communicating with my insurance company when they were providing me with inconsistent information concerning my coverage. She was able to resolved the issue with them before my appointment.
Once I arrived to my appointment she was incredibly kind, professional, and patient with my anxiety. I feel lucky to have found such an awesome PCP and Serenity Healthcare.

Miss Melville is blessing. I do not enjoy meeting with medical professionals of any kind honestly.
Mainly because of my experiences with them in the past. I often feel rushed and not genuinely listened to.
Miss Melville is the complete opposite. She gave me her undivided attention and made sure to answer all of my questions. Her recommendation for handling my current condition also felt very well thought out and fair.
Her office staff were also very easy to get a long with. I have found my PCP.

The doctor is thorough and accurate, provided quick results when I entered the patient room, and remembered me with ease. The office overall was professional and very helpful however the wait time was not satisfying. My appointment was at 10 am, moved to 10:15 which is completely fine, however I didn't see the doctor until around noon. I believe this is because of the small staff, which is understandable, but inconvenient.
