Dr. Michael Boyd is one of a kind. I suffer from migraines and have seen numerous neurologists through the years and found Dr. Boyd distinguish himself from all the rest. Dr. Boyd did something many doctor's lack and that is take the time to listen. I did not feel rushed, nor did I feel like I was just another number for him to meet his daily RVU's. He took time to listen to my concerns, asked plenty of questions to try to understand my health issue, and involved me in trying to come up with a plan to best suit my health needs. I left the clinic feeling as if finally someone will help me manage the severe migraines and help me be "normal" once again. Thank you Dr. Michael Boyd.

Dr. Boyd was punctual, unhurried and patient. He answered all of my questions and considered my opinion and lifestyle in my treatment plan. Additionally he put me in touch with local organizations that deal with MS patients and help with medication co-pays that go along with it. Was so impressed by Dr. Boyd's approach.
I'll be returning for follow-up, because no one, in all the years that I've consulted with physicians, has asked the questions and suggested the protocols or procedures that might identify and resolve this recurrent health issue.
And I should thank the primary care physician, who also located through ZocDoc, who suggested that I consult with a neurologist.

Very pleased with my first visit with Dr. Boyd. He's friendly and made me feel comfortable. He spent plenty of time talking with me, both asking lots of questions about my condition and regularly asking me if I had other issues, questions or concerns. He didn't talk down to me, but did a great job of explaining things.
He was very knowledgeable about treatment options, including how they might interact with the other meds I take, or how they might affect my other conditions.
