My experience at FSCC was pleasant from the very beginning. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Broom is very patient and answered all my questions regarding treatment. I would recommend this facility to others.

More about Dr. Michael Broom, MD
Dr. Broom has been practicing Orthopaedics specializing in Spine Care for the past 25 years. His philosophy emphasizes back and neck treatment and pain management with surgery being the last resort. Dr. Broom is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Chemistry. He received his Medical Degree from Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City and completed his Orthopaedic Residency at the Hartford Hospital and the University of Connecticut. Dr. Broom’s residency was followed by a Fellowship in Spinal Surgery at the University of Kansas Medical Center.
Dr. Broom is Co-Director of the Spine Surgery Rotation for the Orthopaedic Residency Program at Orlando Regional Medical Center and currently serves as Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Central Florida College of Medicine. He is the proud Director of the Florida Spine Care Center's Orthopaedic Fellowship Program that has trained physicians and surgeons nationwide.

I had a fusion in 2005 by another doc and wasn't going well. Doc went over my problems and some ideas for pain relief. Everyone is super nice.
