When I got stuck the woman at the desk helped me out.
After that I was seen quickly and taken for X-rays. Then About half hour wait to see the doctor in exam. He was pfofessional, friendly, relaxing..
Didn’t rush. Answered all my questions.

I found everyone to be very pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. I was pleasantly surprised that I was called in to see the Dr. at my exact scheduled appointment time! This doesn't happen very often, in my experience. All in all, I was very pleased with my visit, and would highly recommend Dr. Cooney and the practice.

Professional but I did not like the fact that I had to wait almost 1 hour to see the doctor. I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out forms and be on time. After filling out electronic forms, the computers went down. Therefore a good part of the appointment was spent with the P.A. asking me introductory questions that took up even more time. My time is valuable....having to wait an hour to see a doctor wreaks havoc with my schedule. It is inconsiderate to make people wait so long. Doctors aren't the only people who are busy. Patients are too.

Dr. Cooney has a great reputation and this is why I have chosen him in particular for my knee surgery... and he is a lefty!
The smartest most creative people on the planet are left-handed.
The office is the only downside - as it is so busy and apparently overbooked that one has to dedicate at least 3 hours of time in order to be seen.

Dr. Cooney has performed orthopedic surgery on me three times.
I would never allow anyone else to operate orthopedic surgery on me. Only Dr. Cooney. I think he is the "Best of the Best" in surgery
as well as followup care. Today's appt. did not involve surgical
care but a new problem which he addressed as always with the best of care.

Long wait time was due to after-Christmas rush of (mostly) kids who got injured on their new hover boards who were sent in from the hospital.
I would recommend not making an appointment for the week after Christmas.

I found Dr. Cooney to be professional and courteous. My only negative would be that he was in and out, and I did not get to ask questions, of course that being said I am not sure that I knew what to ask. I realize too that he had been called away for an emergency and had just returned and was trying to catch up. If I need to go again I as the patient will be better informed. I liked Dr. Cooney.
