I read his reviews and decided I would give him a try, even though many mentioned the wait time. Even though the appointment was quick and I waited about an hour past my appointment time, he was very personable, offered information and solutions and had a great bedside manner. For me, I would rather have a little wait time and have a great doctor than get right in and have an inattentive one. I plan to return for any future dermatology issues.

I have to agree with the other reviews. He was a very nice man, diagnosed me quickly, and the wait time was a little longer than I would have liked. I didn't care for one of the ladies at the front desk. She didn't welcome me nor did she try to get me checked in. However another woman came and gave me good service. If you want a doctor that will spend more time with you I would suggest to go to someone else.

Another patient told me that this wait time was highly unusual, so I'm not concerned.
Very friendly both doctor and nurse. A little long waiting but treatment was fast.

The doctor himself seemed nice enough....however, I will never return to a doctor who makes me wait over an hour past the appointment time. Once he made his appearance he spent about a total of five minutes (tops) with me. I felt rushed and I do not believe he was very thorough at all, when discussing my diagnosis and treatment. I understand that the later the appointment time, the likelihood goes up of the doc running behind. This is why I always book morning appointments. If this was the kind of treatment and care I was looking for, I would've just went to a "Doc in a Box." AKA:Walk-in-Clinic

I have been to seveal different dermatologists in the past 10 years for white spots on my stomach which I was told was tineaversicolor. Dr. Dorman was referred to me by a coworker. He instantly examined me and took a biopsy of the area to test it as it more than likely may be something else. He was very polite and spend a lot of time with me. I was seeing within 10 minutes of my appt and was impressed with how knowledgeable he is. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is seeking help with skin issues. He does it all and I will come back for any future problems. I drove 45 minutes to see him and well worth it. He is the best in his field!

Doctor is awesome- the wait is not acceptable. Normal wait is 15-20 from.appointment time 40 minutes is far too long and disrespectful of others time

Michelle was amazing!!!
Verified patient
Really listened and tried to understand what I was going through. Immediately took action to find the cause of my ailment unlike prior dermatologists I've seen that prescribed me a cream with no proactive response or testing. Happy we found a good doctor.

I had a great visit for my first time with Dr. Dorman! I told him my concerns and he fixed them right away without having to make another appointment! I WILL BE BE BACK!!!

I found the staff at this office cold, and they did not make me feel comfortable for what turned out to be a very personal visit, even though my eczema does not effect any personal areas. Dr. Dorman had me undress and put on a gown to look at my eczema, then after he had looked me over (which was uncomfortable and awkward) he stated that I had eczema, which I already knew. He reccomended that I don't take hot showers, which I already knew. He stated that I COULD be allergic to something, then left it at that. He did not even attempt to help me find a more permanent way to manage my eczema, he just wrote me a prescription for steroid cream like every other doctor has, and left. The whole visit took under 10 minutes, so I really feel that he didn't even scratch the surface of my problem. (No pun intended.) While I'm thankful for a cream to diminish my symptoms, I will not be returning to this doctor.

Dr. Dorman and the nursing staff were wonderful!
Verified patient
He was cordial, but I felt like he was in a rush to get to the next patient. So I was not that welcome to ask questions and I like to know about my condition and treatments... Not a bad doctor, just didn't establish good rapport... if you like quick in and out then he's great.
Very professional, he even had a colleague come in to look at something for a on-the-spot second opinion. His office staff was helpful and I was seen right away. I will definitely return to this physician.
Wonderful, highly recommend!
Dr. Dorman was so nice! He asked thoughtful questions, really listened and made recommendations. I never felt rushed or like a number as often is the case in healthcare appts.
