Dr. Dresdner is great, he delivered my baby & I was comfortable the entire time because he talked calmly through the entire process. Him, Dr Spain & Dr Simon are great

Michael T. Dresdner, M.D., F.A.C.O.G., received his medical degree from the New York University School Of Medicine in 1992. He then completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York. He is a fellow in the American College Of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He is Board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Dresdner has been caring for his patients in New Jersey since 1996. He has been recognized with an award for special excellence in endoscopic procedures by the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists. His special interest and expertise is in minimally invasive alternatives to hysterectomy and other surgical procedures.
Dr. Dresdner believes that being a healthcare professional is about combining trust, friendship and medical expertise to truly personalize every treatment for his patients. My visit with Dr. Dresdner went very smoothly today. I am a new patient to this practice and the front desk staff members were very nice and very professional. They also made me feel as if it were no bother when I had questions about my paperwork. Dr. Dresdner himself has a wonderful bedside manner. He was also very gentle with the pelvic exam and it was over before I knew it!

First off the doctor assistant in the room had a nasty attitude. She acted as if she was doing me a favor, as if I was an inconvenience to her time. The doctor all he did was TALK about the things I should do and not asked if I had questions, what are some of my concerns or offer different options or offer proper recommendations. I went to him for a second opinion and for better understanding of my situation and honestly my visit was a complete waste of my insurance money. Apparently I visited him once back in 2011 now I see why I never went back since.

The office was clean and the room temperature was perfect. The entire office environment was really nice. Hardwood floors, warm colors on the walls, very comfortable cushioned seats in the waiting room, reading material available while you wait, tv to watch while you wait, soft music playing in the examination room, and eventhough you’re in an examination room there was still a privacy curtain area in the examination room for you to get undressed. The office is extremely clean. The examination room was excellent. It’s a GYN office. The staff was very courteous. The doctor was caring, courteous, and polite. The visit as a whole was excellent. The staff was excellent. Thank you to the doctor and his staff.

Dr. Dresdner is simply the best. He delivered my son three years ago. It was not an easy pregnancy, but he saw me through it with care, consideration and kindness. Dr. Dresdner is now providing my prenatal care for my second pregnancy. You will not find a more caring, confident, and thorough doctor anywhere. He always puts me at ease with his knowledge and experience. His staff are friendly and responsive. I am thrilled that Dr. Dresdner is seeing me through this pregnancy and cannot say enough wonderful things about him and this wonderful office.

Since moving to South Orange several years ago, I have visited Dr. Dresdner several times. I feel very blessed to have found such a kind, considerate and excellent doctor so close to home. The staff is great and the office is beautiful. My experiences have been very positive and I highly recommend this office. I have full confidence in Dr. Dresdner and am so glad he is right here in South Orange. But I would travel to come and see this doctor!

Waiting time at the South Orange location is absurd considering the doctor comes into your room for less than 5 minutes. I had a severe infection and I called the office to make the staff aware, so they could bring the results to his attention. One of the receptionist told me I would have to wait another week for him to look at my results, and then I would have to schedule another consultation so he could prescribe me antibiotics. This was back in January, and I never received a call regarding my severe infection and had to be treated by another doctor. I never heard from the office again not to mention, the staff at the front desk are always rude.I have changed GYNs and would not recommend this place.

I recently moved to the area and found Dr. Michael Dresdner on Zocdoc. He had good reviews and the office was close to the train station. The office is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly.

The doctor was very pleasant and professional. I would recommend he speaks with patients in his office after the exam as there may be questions or things a patient may want to talk about that their not comfortable in the exam room also with the nurses present.
The in take nurse was ok she just made me feel as she was rushing and a bit robotic.
I would recommend this doctor as a secondary doctor.
