I liked AShley and Dr. Heard but I did NOT like the blond at the front desk she was so rude to Ashley I left so bad for her. She definitely needs a talking to about customer service, diligence and respect.

I am impressed that I have seen Dr. Heard on every visit and they are very thorough. I sought fertility tx w/ another Dr. and after 8 mos I can count on one hand how many times I saw my doctor and they never did lab work prior to seeing Dr. Heard and The Heard Clinic.

Due to Dr. Michael Heard’s passion for his work, patients spend quality time with him so that he can truly listen to their story and develop a close and genuine relationship with them. He ensures that patients are welcomed to a calm and comfortable office with a friendly team who is eager to help and provide support.
Unlike other IVF facilities, Dr. Heard delves into his patients’ hopes and concerns to provide personal attention and genuine care and concern to each of his patients. Patients can trust that they will not become just a “file number” in an IVF “factory”, as Dr. Heard is dedicated to treating the patient as a person and is able to provide continuous care throughout the process.
Dr. Heard offers infertility related services to patients as well as other areas of endocrinology, including premature ovarian failure and pediatric/adolescent gynecology. He performs advanced reproductive procedures, including fertility surgery, inseminations, and in-vitro fertilization. In an effort to stay current, Dr. Heard is always looking for something new and innovative that might improve the patients’ experience.
Outside of his practice, Dr. Heard enjoys the performing arts as well as medical fiction writing. You might find him attending a musical or drama, laughing at a comedy club, being an extra in a local movie, or working on his latest suspense thriller, "The Male Factor".

Polite and very smart but also very busy. Had to stand in the hallway with him to ask my questions while he wrote scripts and charted, you need to be assertive with him to get questions answered.
