The doctor never even introduced himself to me. I listed that I am allergic (anaphylaxis) to iodine and he would have used iodine if I had not noticed that it was there to be used on me. I waited on a table with only my shirt on for an hour while 3 other patients came in after me and left before me. I know this because my husband sat in the waiting room waiting for me. He reported to me that while I sat in that room waiting, the doctor spent a majority of the hour chatting with the receptionist at her desk. I waited a month for blood test results and a week for a pap smear result without hearing anything from the office, so I called them. I was verbally told everything looks fine, but the doctor hasn't posted/released my results for me to view yet. If you prefer to be treated in a respectful and professional manner, I would not make an appointment at this office.

This doctor is nice, however the staff and the facility is extremely disorganized. When it came to lab results I had to almost hunt them down, and i still am missing some results. They also told me everything was normal when I had a potentially dangerous infection. Felt dismissed by front desk staff.

The bedside manner was 10/10! They were extremely accommodating to my requests and everything was explained in detail. The staff was very friendly and considerate. Things were very dignified and discreet when needed.

Dr. Edi is a good doctor but the office could definitely do better with the communication. I had an US done weeks ago, my PCP called me the very next day and I still haven't heard from them after several phone calls. This is the second go around with being unable to have my calls returned. Sadly, I will have to seek a 2nd opinion due to this.

Definitely recommend, all of the staff was so friendly, nurse kept making sure I was okay throughout the process. I waited a maximum of 5 minutes in the lobby if that. Everything was communicated beforehand so I knew what to expect. No surprises

My date of 25th was not available when I got to Dr office, they said Zocdoc didn't communicate with them, but they had one for the 27th. Info for address is incorrect, they moved. Found that out when I got to Dr office, had note saying they moved. Finally located right place and had to change date for appointment. But they haven't changed their website info yet with correct address. I did get my visit taken care of and was very pleased with everything. Thanks for helping me find my new Gynecologist.

Today was my first visit and I must say that this medical team of professionals light spirited atmosphere made me very comfortable. The only hiccup was the paperwork, which either was not accepted once I submitted it online or there was something wrong with their system at the time of submission. So I was asked basic questions by one of the medical staffs and again by the doctor.

I had trouble convincing him to run the lab tests that I needed but he ran all sort of tests that I did not asked for and that were not discussed with me. When I got the test results nobody called to talk to me, my messages through their portal were not answered. I expressed complains during my visit that were not addressed and no solution given. After my visit I received a package with formula samples!

He took the time to answer all my questions, and he clearly cares for his patients, whether they are meeting him for the first time or not. He was professional throughout all of it, went above and beyond and put me at ease by cracking jokes that were funny. I was not worried at ALL that he was male because of how he handled himself, and would recommend him to anyone!

When I found out I was pregnant i tried calling around for an immediate appt because of how eager I was to see if it was true. If you have anxiety like me you know how that goes! Appts were available and I was surprised I didn't have to wait 2-4 weeks to be seen! He had openings all week! I checked in and not long maybe 6min later the nurse called me back. I got started right away on urine test/blood work (I love that I was able to get everything done in the office) Phlebotomist was beyond awesome! The dr did take a while to see me but it's understandable. I work in a medical office myself and I understand how crazy busy it can get! (I wish others understood this) He did a ultrasound and I got to hear my precious jelly bean's heartbeat. My fiance and I were beyond happy/excited. This appt was everything I could ask for. I'm so glad I came here despite the reviews. Dr. Akajabor is so nice and sweet and just awesome!! Thank you so much for this appt and experience.

He is so nonchalant about everything I spoke to him about, I should have ran the first day, but I was trying to give him a chance. After surgery staff didn't know if I was dead or alive didn't call and check on me after surgery when I was discharged. The hospital did but his office didn't. Many is unprofessional she laugh and talked to co workers while she is dealing with you on person and on the phone. I wouldn't recommend a dog or cat to this office. I called about pain and other issues and I was just a number to them. But you real what you sow. So beware of this office look around for other doctors before you come here, make this your last result.
