I like Dr Hejna. He's professional and easy to talk to. However, the wait time is awful. I don't have three hours to spare for each appointment.

I am so happy my son was treated by Dr Hejna. Dr Hejna was so so kind, his bedside manner was amazing. He was very thorough in explaining my son's prognosis and even recommended a second opinion. I trusted his opinions and his extensive knowledge. I am grateful he was available to see him within a couple days from his injury. This office is very busy, but Dr Hejna will always be my go to Orthopedic because of our wonderful experience. Thank you doctor, you are sincerely appreciated.

Dr Henja is great, but MY GOD the admin is terrible. So much so that it’s a deterrent to even going with him. Initial wait time was over 3 hours for my first appointment. I had surgery a week ago and was supposed to have a follow up 10 days later. His office does not answer the phone or return calls. I was never given the surgery time, but was assured 3 different times prior to the surgery that I would receive a call the night before. Never received any calls. Doc - if you see this, you’re either taking on too many patients or you need to up your admin staff significantly. This is brutal
