“I saw Jennifer Fritz for a presurgical checkup, and in addition to taking care of everything I needed to be cleared for my surgery, she took some time to both listen and give thoughtful answers about some other procedures like colon screenings. She was professional, friendly, (as was her staff) and everything you’d want from a provider. And despite being a new patient, I was able to make an appointment just two days in advance. Would highly recommend.”

I set up an appointment with this doctor weeks in advance because I had COVID and needed to see a doc via tele health but when my appointment time came I got no call, no email, nothing. When I called them I was told they do not take first time patients over the phone. I set up the appointment as it was represented to me and even called ahead of time to make sure there would be no issues but I was never informed of this policy at that time or anytime prior to this appointment. The least they can do is inform the patient, I waited an waited and even have proof that the scheduled appointment was specifically telehealth and this was my 1st appointment. When I asked when I could see a doctor and that this was urgent I was given the date of July 10th, today is June 12th. This is not how you treat prospective patients. I guess they don't care...

The staff at Primecare was excellent! I was seen by a PA student and a phenomenal PA; who did more than I could have asked for. I conveniently got my yearly woman check up, blood drawn, flu shot, and gave me referrals that fit perfectly with my diagnoses. I would highly recommend this team to anyone! Thank you all again!

Dr Fritz was such a nice doctor. I wish she could be my doctor, but alas, I have loser insurance and I'm not in the network. Look out for that sort of thing when you book on Zocdoc.

The place was not very clean which made me uncomfortable for the type of services offered. I waited over an hour to be seen. Won’t be going back. Dr. Fritz was nice though.
