The dr himself was wonderful, helpful and very kind and made me feel comfortable. The office has been a struggle to deal with. I had a dr note written to me over a week ago and have gotten zero help with how to retrieve the note and I email the office almost every day since. I think it would be good if you don’t need to talk to them again after the visit but if it’s an online visit and you need a paper trail of your dr note, then see someone else.
