The day I went in for my appointment, Dr. Castellano had appointments for 10:00am and didn't even show to the office until after 12:30. His bedside was not bad when he finally saw the patients, and he did quickly run through the appointment after he arrived but keeping your patients waiting for that long is just inexcusable to me.
