The doctor seemed rushed and I felt as if she was reciting the same speech she gives multiple times a day. I had to bring up PT. I'd encourage working on presence- but friendly and knowledgeable!”

Dr. Marisa Giustiniano, DPM, known as "Dr. G," is a highly skilled podiatric surgeon who graduated from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. With a passion for providing exceptional foot and ankle care, Dr. G completed her surgical residency training at Long Island Jewish/North Shore University Hospital at Northwell Health, where she served as the chief resident in her final year.
During her residency, she gained extensive training in elective forefoot, rearfoot and ankle surgery, specializing in advanced procedures such as the Lapiplasty bunionectomy, minimally invasive bunionectomy, and arthroscopic surgery. Very helpful and efficient appointment for my injured ankle! She x-rayed it, walked me through the injury and recovery plan, and gave me a soft cast and a walking boot — all in under 30 min. Highly recommend!

I managed to slam my toe into the corner of a piece of furniture and, after two weeks of persistent swelling and pain, figured I should see a professional. I was able to book a same-day appointment with Dr. G. The office is clean, modern and well-equipped. They took X-rays on the spot and confirmed a fracture.
Dr. G is fantastic. She and the staff are thorough, kind, and easy to talk to. I scheduled a follow-up, but before that appointment I managed to drop something very heavy on my other foot. Once again, I was able to get in quickly to see Dr. G, and she patiently walked me through my options. I hesitated at first, but after sleeping on it, I reached back out for her advice and was able to return when I made my decision. She was supportive every step of the way.
You never want to need a podiatrist, but if you do, I highly recommend this practice.

Doctor is great and so is the office. The only thing I didn’t really agree with is that the office has a $50 fee if you need medical documentation signed for employer if you are hurt and need to be on modification. Overall, doctor is great, office is clean and fast service.

I was seen right away and got x rays within 15 min. Then the doctor came in to review x rays and talk with me about what was going on with my foot / ankle. She recommended new shoes and a better insole and made me a temporary arch support to wear until my new insoles arrive.
