Dr Li is very professional Doctor, But the office is always play tricks to make people pay an nonrefundable "Deposit". Their billing manager always want to fool patient with deductible and co-pay amount.

I only had about 1 minute with dr li his NP took care of me. They gave me a script to take samples and I never heard back from them. After taking the antibiotic they prescribe and with time my symptoms went away. But it was weird that they never called me to hear the results of my tests and followed up to see how I was doing. No thank you... I think webmd is more helpful then my visit...

Doctor seems nice and great, but his office is lacking in some areas (namely if you pay cash and need a receipt - it's an involved manual process).

Overall an ok Doctor & the Practice however they don't take credit cards, at all!? What!!! Seriously I mean.. for a practice that's this big and located in a nice building they really need to bring in credit card machines. I had to pay my co-pay in cash and I couldn't believe that in this day and age, a Doctor's office doesn't take credit cards.
When asked why, the receptionist simply said "we don't have credit card machine". I'm sure there's a tax fraud reason behind it.
Besides that, it's an ok practice that patients can utilize if you only have the time to see a doctor over the weekend.
