I was able to schedule appointment for same day and was seen right away. The office staff is very welcoming and friendly. Sandra Battle the Nurse Practitioner is excellent! I am so happy to be a patient at this practice

I was in a jam as I was new to San Antonio and just starting Medicare and I went to ER and needed to have a follow up appointment with my Dr who had dropped me due to going on Medicare .. couldn’t find a Dr to take me for 2 to 3 mth …finally found Dr Malloy. Took me that same day and found out what was wrong and gave me the care I needed to start feeling better. This came after 10 days of extreme pain and now A few hrs later I’m more comfortable and pain is manageable and almost gone. Staff was very kind and helpful , office was clean and I felt very comfortable and not a burden going there. Would definitely recommend! Thank you to Dr Malloy and staff!!

Born and raised in Yoakum, TX, Michael Maloy, Jr, MD studied biology at the University of Texas at San Antonio before receiving his medical degree from the University of Texas School of Medicine at San Antonio. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the University of Texas Health Science Center-RAHC in Harlingen, TX. While in South Texas, Dr. Maloy served as an Assistant Professor of Medicine, teaching medical students and developing inpatient curriculum. He established Sigma Physician Associates in 2016 with a mission to bridge the gap between inpatient and outpatient settings by providing higher quality of care individualized to each patient. In addition to medicine, Dr. Maloy has other passions; in his free time he enjoys spending time with family, hiking, and lifting weights.

First time I went there, they didn't know I had an appointment but thankfully they did put me on the schedule. The wait time was about 20 mins before taking me in. Then another 20 to 30 mins. The second time I went there I waited more than an hour for my appointment before they took me into the room and then around 45mins before I was seen by the doctor who was clearly frustrated and didn't maintain professionalism. He blamed his staff on both occasion as to why he was running late and that he was the only doctor in the office.

Did teledoc through this app, although i could see doc, doc could not see me. However, the Dr. sounded like he was worried for me and got me some meds that i need. I have COVID so couldn't really see him face to face, but i will soon.

I was very impressed with this office. I went in as a new patient with an illness. the Nurse Practitioner Sandra was so sweet and attentive to listening to all my concerns. Dr. Malloy was also very nice and has a great bedside manner. He answered all my questions and did a great job reassuring me that they would find a resolution to my health concerns and get me feeling better. I have made this my PCP office. I would recommend to friends and family
