The cost of this visit and services delivered were a stark contrast. The wait was long, under a cold AC vent for a brief less than 10 minute interaction. While the initial intake area was warm upon arrival. Knowingly no call is expected for good news, by limiting their own accountability. I did not feel valued as a patient nor was any effort built to establish rapport. I will not return.

Drove an hour away due to the great reviews for Kristen but was seen by a separate NP, which was really disappointing. I didn’t feel like I got the great experience everyone who has seen Kristen gets. Worst of all Kristen was there, so I’m not sure why she didn’t see me. Probably won’t be back since they just give you whoever is available instead of the person you made the appointment with. In that case I can go somewhere closer.

A little hard to find at first but only because I am new to the area. It was worth it! Staff was friendly, office was clean and Dr. Lawson and Assistant were very patient and listened. I felt well taken care of. Eventhou it was further than I would like it was worth it and will continue to be a patient.

The office environment was nice and everyone was friendly. Kristen and her assistant (I forgot her name, she told me) were so sweet and willing to listen to my problems without making me feel uncomfortable or rushed. They were flexible with my appointment and took care of all of my concerns.

MY VISIT!I made A mistake when I made the appointment at The Dominion.
My mistake was I read the address Wrong,The Doctor's office was miles away from home 35 minutes without traffic and forever with traffic! I haven't been to this part of San Antonio in Years and the growth is crazy construction, and the worst part is I am Late.
When I get there I expect the receptionist to be furious
having earmuffs on and Me, talking to a wall?!
When I arrive I notice every car is a Luxury Brand(I drive a Hyundai Elantra)My Social Anxiety kicks in, I think to myself What did I get myself into people are going to Judge you and Their going to laugh at you!
I was so Wrong!From the moment I told the receptionist I was in the wrong place and gave her my info,No your in the right placeThe Doctor and her Respected Staff were Excellent

I went in for a pap smear which is already very uncomfortable. The Doctor just was not very friendly in her countenance or really in the tone of her voice when I was speaking with her about why I was there for my visit, making the experience even more uncomfortable. The thinnest paper gown was provided. The front desk intake girl was not friendly. The doctor wasn't at all informative, nor did she tell me what the deal was with my prescriptions. I had to call back after the weekend to follow up to see what was going on about my prescriptions. When they finally did send my prescriptions, they only sent one at a time requiring me to make multiple visits to the pharmacy. They sent one of my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy twice. They refused to allow me to actually speak to the doctor that I saw. I definitely expected better customer or patient service, whatever you want to call it, especially at a doctor's office located in the Dominion area.
