Dr. Morgan was extremely knowledgeable, understanding and has great bedside manner. He can relate to patients on a professional and personal level, and is willing to go out of his way to show that he genuinely cares about his patients. In the past, I have seen many other eye doctors and brought up my concerns and experiences with my contact lenses, only to be brushed aside and treated like it was my fault, didn't know what I was talking about, treated like a number rather than a person and so on. With Dr. Morgan he not only listened to what I had to say and also came up with great solutions and treated me with the utmost care. The technology has come so far in the optometry world, and they have the best and newest of it all. I was completely blown away by how easy and fun all the testing actually was; there wasn't the dreaded "puff of air" test either, thankfully that was replaced by something else these days. The staff was extremely kind, patient, welcoming, overall charming. The office itself doesn't feel like a business, "get in and get out", it feels homey and you are greeted and treated like family. Also, I had my newborn, who was marveled at by everyone, and my husband along; my newborn needed a diaper change and the staff kindly showed my husband to a room where she could be changed, etc. I have nothing but praise for Dr. White's office and Dr. Morgan.

As a patient with prior opthamalogic issue, Dr. Morgan was thorough in his exam. Dr. Morgan, and the entire staff, were friendly and professional. Great selection of eyeglass frames.

Dr. Morgan was born and raised right here in San Diego, Ca. His main interests in the field of eye care are Primary Care optometry, and contact lenses. His heartfelt focus is to provide the best patient care in his hometown. Healthcare was always the goal for young Michael as his future career, but it was his mentor, Dr. Eric White, that is credited as the driving force leading him to the field of optometry.
Dr. Morgan is a part of Complete Family Vision Care, working alongside Dr. Eric White. He earned his Bachelor's Degree from the University of California in San Diego and his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Western University of Health Sciences College of Optometry in Pomona, Ca.
Dr. Morgan is passionate about giving back to the local community, and underserved communities everywhere. He was a charter member of the Western University chapter's Lion's Club (world's largest service club organization). He has participated in service trips to rural Mexico, and spent three months working with a private non-profit foundation in San Salvador, El Salvador, providing vision care to school districts and underserved areas around the country. Outside of work, Dr. Morgan loves the beach and the outdoors. He enjoys surfing, camping, hiking, and supporting the San Diego Chargers.

Dr. Morgan was extremely helpful and polite. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was thoroughly examined and taken care of in good time. His office also takes tricare. I highly recommend him to any new patients and military patients as well.

Very professional and easy to understand. He explained why I needed glasses and why my contacts weren't working. He showed me all my options, told me what my insurance would cover and it was wonderful to have a doctor who didn't rush me or make me feel like I was in his way or that he was going out of his way for me. Great bedside manner, appointment was right on time! Would definitely go to this doctor again!
