“This office is inside the NEX building. You must have a government ID (military affiliated or DOD employee) to receive care here. I wish they would have told me that they were located in the NEX because I spent 35 minutes driving around looking for "bldg 2017" until I finally stopped at medical/dental and a dental receptionist told me it might be in the NEX. Also, they don't open until exactly at 10:00am on the dot, so 1) there was no one to answer the phone when I called for directions and 2) I had to sit in the barbershop across the hall until they opened at the minute my appt was scheduled. All in all, good experience and will go back, especially since it's easy to schedule and get to (right inside the base on your right inside the NEX, left side when you walk in).”
