great staff, nothing bad to say
They had no idea about my appointment and were trying to schedule me for 2 months out. I insisted that it was an urgent issue and they were able to accommodate my visit. I’m so glad I was able to be seen so I could figure out what’s going on with me. Highly recommend calling the office yourself. They said Zocdoc does not notify them of appointment requests from the Zocdoc website.
Verified patient
Friendly staff and clean office. Dr. Nissenbaum was incredibly kind, thourough and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. I highly recommend him, I left the office knowing I was in great hands.
First time patient Dr Nissenbaum was patient and did not rush his examination he also explained everything to me regarding his diagnosis and treatment to me in great detail.
Verified patient
Excellent wonderful doctor. Very helpful staff. However when I called the office after making the appointment on Zocdoc they did not know anything about it. They did accommodate me anyway. That impressed me! As far as why Zocdoc is not notifying them?! Or the office isn’t checking?! I have no idea. Zocdoc should follow up on this and make sure this doesn’t happen anymore to any of the doctors on their site

Besides the 12 page packet my 75 year old mother would never been able to fill out, the Dr., staff, and overall appointment was great. Clean and covid19 procedures were being followed. Waiting room very crowded.

I love Dr. Nissenbaum. He is highly knowledgeable and has wonderful bedside manner. He takes the time to listen and shows an honest concern. I have been to several neurologists before but once I met Dr. Nissenbaum I knew he was a keeper. All of the receptionists and the overall staff are very pleasant as well. I truly recommend Dr. Nissenbaum.
Verified patient
A little confusing when I arrived, but the doctor listened to my concerns and immediately set up diagnostic appointments for me
Unlike most physicians I have met, Dr. Nissenbaum really asked about how I was feeling and how my symptoms were affecting my life. Before giving me treatment options, he wanted to know what I care most about to improve. On follow-up visits, Dr. Nissenbaum thoroughly read my test reports and documents from my other physicians (or spoke to them on the phone) before he saw me. I was very happy with how organized he was and how ready he was to speak with my family members as well as consult with my other physicians (who were not affiliated with his practice or hospital group) to help improve my life.
He is very genuine and cares about what you have to say. Great Doctor. I like the way he goes about the course of treatment to start off.
Verified patient
