He was a very personable, knowledgeable, and warm physician. As a new patient he took the time to talk to me to get to know me, which made me feel more than just a patient on his schedule.
Very informative of what was going on and the background causes that led to the symptoms I was experiencing.

He graduated with Honors from the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical School and continued his training at Penn State Hershey Medical Center in Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery and later completed a Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship at with the University of Missouri. He is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA), a well-respected medical school honor society. He has published over 15 paper and book chapters in facial plastic and head and neck surgery.

My appointment was at 10:20am. I was not seen until close to noon. About 8 other people were taken back before me, even people who came in long after me. One man missed his appointment the day before, showed up today and they took him back at 10:20 without even having an offical appointment that day. Another woman was complaining that she was waiting for 30-40minutes. I waited for 2 hours- it was horrible. I even called before I came in to confirm my appointment time. The doctor was nice, professional and did help me with my ear pain.

Dr. Ondik was great! I felt very comfortable from the time he walked into the room. He was very attentive while I told him about my symptoms and the way I have been feeling. I feel that he has done a good job trying to get to the root of my issue.
