i went in and he barely talked to me about my eyesight, he didn't tell me if i had to wear the glasses every day or for even what reason. he was vague and non specific. i got more information from the lady who helped me pick a frame. BUT, he was swift and efficient, polite and professional. i got what i needed and i will go back again.

Dr. Michael Ottati is an east bay native, graduating from De La Salle High School, receiving his Bachelor's Degree from Saint Mary's College and earning his Doctor of Optometry from the University of California, at Berkeley. Graduating in the top of his clinical class at U.C. Berkeley, Dr. Ottati was the nominee or recipient of many awards and honors, including the Vision Service Plan award, the OD Thesis Clinical Research Award, and the Greenwood award for excellence in clinical care. He was one of the first five optometrists in the state of California to be certified by the State Board of Optometry to treat glaucoma, and is excited to be at the forefront of eye care.

Dr. Ottati took the time to examine my eyes and explain what damaged occurred to my eye after it was bashed by a tree branch. He was very thorough in all the eye test he gave me and made sure my eye didn't have serious injury.
He is also very experience in his practice.
