About Dr. Anna Wu

Dr. Anna Wu is an Oakland native. She graduated with highest distinctions from the University of California, Berkeley, with undergraduate degrees in Sociology and Education. She continued to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree with Beta Sigma Kappa honors from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Optometry. She completed her clinical rotations at the Marin Community Clinic in Novato, and at the Veterans Affairs Hospitals of Miami and Honolulu. Dr. Wu practices full-scope optometry. She is licensed in ocular disease diagnosis and management, which includes the management of glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and age-related macular degeneration. Dr. Wu is also certified to fit specialty contact lenses including scleral lenses for keratoconus, as well as, dual focus and orthokeratology lenses for myopia management. Dr. Wu is an active member of the American Optometric Association, California Optometric Association, and Alameda-Contra Costa Counties Optometric Society. She is fluent in Cantonese (Toisan) and conversational in Mandarin.
