As urgentcare places go, they were relatively speedy. A little disorganized (I think they forgot me in the room after my visit, and I'm not sure if I was supposed to have gotten my ins. card and ID back before the appointment instead of running back in after), but the front desk staff, MA, and PA who saw me were both great, answered the questions I had, and got me a prescription right away. Would recommend!

Very clean facility. Professional and nice staff. I was seen by the doctor very quickly and only spent about 15-20 minutes in the waiting room!

We are a patient-first, private practice offering expert evaluation and treatment for adults and children with a wide-range of minor emergencies and immediate heath care needs – x-rays, stitches, IV fluids, asthma, strep, and flu, and a lot more. Forget about those long hospital waits and ridiculous cost of a visit to a hospital emergency room. We currently participate in all major insurance plans. Routine visits ( ex. annual physicals) may not be covered by insurance at an urgent care facility. Please call first with any insurance questions. I was very disappointed. The doctor did not tell me anything that I didn't already know. I waited for over an hour. Then, I had a question a waited a long time for the doctor to come back and she never did so I left. I wouldn't go back.

Charge a higher co-pay, but they were a day-of appointment, and properly diagnosed my illness. All in all, positive experience.
