I found Dr. Roman to be quite pleasant, he put me at ease right away. The office is training a PA who was quite pleasant as well and very thorough. I would definitely recommend Dr. Roman!! The front desk staff was very kind as well.

He believes in treating his patients as a whole. He is an attending physician at several hospitals and nursing home / rehab facilities, so remains in contact with YOU, the patient, from start to finish. At times when necessary, Dr. Roman offers house calls. It is a service he offers with pride to those patients that cannot leave their home due to their medical condition.
The staff is here to help you in any way they can to make sure you are prepared for everything you need from Medication Refills, to Referalls and Precertifications from your insurance. We work with you to help make the healthcare process as efficient and painless as possible. The practice accepts all forms of insurance. You will not be turned away due to coverage classification.
All staff members are residents of Norristown, PA. Each staff member has lived in the area since birth and is savvy about the surrounding communities. The medical staff and administrative staff have worked together for over 8 years on average. It is a family atmosphere and this carries over in the treatment of care. The office staff is pleasant, accommodating and services its patients with a smile! Medical staff is on call daily for after hours care.

This was definitely an interesting appointment. At first I found the clerical staff to be a little cold, but she warmed up quickly and was accommodating and polite. The first thing I noticed is that the practice is on the lower floor of what looks like a stone house. Walking in I smelled something that I can only described as cat litter. The office also only accepts cash or check, which is extremely annoying when you can't get ahold of staff to ask what forms of tender they accept. After filling out a few forms I was seen pretty quickly, a pleasant surprise. I was brought into a room with an ancient exam table and a tiny window, it was just a bit disconcerting. I was seen by a PA student, which was fine with me since I was only getting a physical. However the exam room I was in wasn't equipped correctly and she had to go find what she needed in the middle of the exam. Afterwards, I saw Dr. Roman for about two minutes and was given my prescription. Overall the visit was pleasant but seemed just a touch unprofessional and dated.
