Terrible. I was referred to this office by a family member. I had been in pain for over week. Made an appointment on Zocdoc for his Fair Lawn office. Received a voice mail from his office manager regarding this appointment, and to call back. I called back and left a message with the front receptionist for the office manager. I received no call back.
I went to my appointment in Fair Lawn, only to find out that the office there had been closed for at least 3 months. I called the phone number listed, which is for all 3 offices, numerous times. No answer, even though I called during business hours. I then went to his Edgewater office, however that office was closed. Still no answer on the business line. Finally, on my last call, I had to press the option for his emergency service. I informed them that I had an appointment for the Fair Lawn office at 8am, was now at the Edgewater office (which was closed) and no answer on the main line. The operator was very nice, and said she would call the Office Manager and/or Doctor on their personal lines.
I then decided to go to his Secaucus location. On my way there, the office manager called, and told me that she had cancelled my Fair Lawn appointment and can give me another appointment in a few weeks. I informed her that she NEVER told me this, and that I still had the voicemail she left me which only stated to "call back about the appointment."
I went to the Secaucus office, after having gone to the other 2 offices. The Office Manager did not apologize, acknowledge me, or the inconvenience they put me through.
I was eventually seen by the doctor. At the end of the examination, my spouse explained to him what happened with the appointment and having to go to all 3 of his offices. He cut my spouse off, and said "yeah, i heard, they told me the phones weren't on." My spouse began to explain again what happened, and was cut off again. On the final explanation, when the doctor finally heard the entire situation, he responded "oh, i did not know that okay, i will follow up with that." Again, no apology.
Prior to leaving, I made a follow up appointment as the doctor directed. A few days before my follow-up, the Office Manager called and told me that they had to re-schedule because the office would be closed. This ended up being a LIE, because another family member had an appointment that day. I went to the doctor's office that day with my family member...the office was open and the doctor was there. Again, neither the Office Manager or Doctor apologized for this clear and blatant LIE.
Needless to say, this was mine and my family member's last visit with this doctor.

I waited for an hour to be seen. The doctor spent 10mins with me. Gave me 2 new medicines and then cancelled the last 2 follow up appointments last minute. His office hours are cut short weekly and they are not flexible with rescheduling. I am now looking for a new doctor.

I really liked the doctor and the other staff. FYI, there is no designated parking (the spots under the building are for other offices), so you need to park in the municipal lot behind or on the street (both metered). The office itself needs a facelift.
