Michael B. Simpson, M.D. graduated from the Honors Program in Medical Education at Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago. He completed his internship and residency at Brooke Army Medical Center. Dr. Simpson received fellowship training in Foot and Ankle Surgery at the Campbell Clinic in Memphis, Tennessee. He has been published in multiple orthopedic journals including The Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery and Operative Techniques in Sports Medicine. He has also co-authored textbook chapters in Campbell’s Operative Orthopaedics.
Dr. Simpson brings with him over fifteen years of orthopedic surgery experience. With his fellowship training, he is accustomed to treating the full spectrum of foot and ankle disorders from bunions to the most complex foot and ankle deformities. He also has a special interest in sports medicine and advanced arthroscopic techniques for injuries of the ankle, knee and shoulder.
