In his spare time Dr. Spiegel likes to remain involved in his community. (So much so in fact, that he has been serving on the Evanston Lions Club Board of Directors for over 30 years!) Dr. Spiegel also proudly serves on the board of advisors at the Laser Center. He belongs to a number of professional associations, including the Illinois Society for the Prevention of Blindness and International Academy of Sports Vision.
