Dr. Michael Stewart O.D.is committed to providing his patients with superior care. He will take the time needed to get your eyeglass prescription perfect or fully diagnose and treat eye illness. He strives to ensure that all of his patients are happy with their prescriptions, lenses, contacts, and glasses. Dr. Stewart enjoys getting to know his patients so that he can be sure to meet their needs. He specializes in bifocal contacts, children’s vision, and eye disease.
Dr. Stewart received his Dr. of Optometry degree from Nova Southeastern University in 1997, and he is currently serving patients in two different locations. Dr. Stewart performs glaucoma consultations, retina consultations, annual exams, and eye emergency visits. He welcomes patients who are experiencing dry eye, double vision, allergic eye problems, and vision loss, among others.
Dr. Stewart has been caring for his patients for 18 years, when he is not in the office he is busy raising cows, chickens, dogs, and a cat. On weekends you can find him at the Rockwall High School football games supporting his sons in the Rockwall High School Marching Band. Dr. Stewart spends most of his free time enjoying his three children's many sporting and musical events.
