Overall, really like Dr. Tolle as a person and doctor as most reviews indicate. However, I did have a billing issue. Went in for my Annual Physical and was billed for not only that, but also an out of patient office visit. It took two weeks for the billing department to replay. They did explain, but it makes me hesitant to visit again for a physical if you talk about anything. I just don't think its right to get double billed without them telling you right up front rather than a surprise bill. So basically I think it hurts patient health as I don't feel comfortable asking health questions if I am going to pay double and there is not a clear line of what is allowed to be talked about in a physical and what is not that you will pay more for.
Also, when the nurse took the temperature and other vitals, she was aggressive in how she grabbed my hand and arm which didn't make me feel comfortable. People are already nervous going to the doctor, I think it would be better to ask, "Can you give me your hand so I can put this on?" rather than just grabbing it and pulling it to put the device on.
If they would have taken care of the billing issue, it would have been 5 stars all around, but being they didn't, I want others to be aware.

Dr. Michael Tolle is a board-certified family medicine physician. He also holds a master’s degree in public health from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD. In addition to his years of experience in private practice, Tolle previously served on the faculty of Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, where he worked on Baylor’s global health programs in Africa. His areas of special focus include pediatrics and internal medicine. He has been recognized for promoting quality in patient care coordination and communication.
A Dallas native, Tolle graduated from Jesuit College Preparatory School and Southern Methodist University. He earned his medical degree at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, also in Dallas. He completed his internship in internal medicine at Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, Mo., and his family medicine residency at Parkland Hospital in Dallas where he served as chief resident of his class.
Tolle enjoys practicing the traditional full spectrum of medicine inherent to family practice, particularly working with his patients to optimize their wellness throughout the various stages of life. He speaks fluent Spanish.

Very quick visit. Doctor was not transparent about up charging for questions not related to the physical. I came for annual physical and left with an empty wallet. Not to mention parking cost money.

The wait time is usually lengthy and I am not a first time patient. I was rerouted to him after my long term physician retired. He is pleasant but not exactly outgoing so if you are looking for a “personal” doctor - keep looking.

I have been under the care of Dr. Tolle for 4(?) years. Two years ago, I would have highly recommended Dr. Tolle and his practice, however, my past 2 annual visits have not been the best experience. If you are solely coming in for a check up and have the patience of a saint, then go for it. Otherwise, I'd recommend finding a practice that does not triple book the doctors. My appointment was at 10:00 AM, I was not taken back until 10:15 (not bad), but was not seen until 10:50. I have called the front office a couple of times to check on results (per the dr. and nurse's advice) and the front office staff were incredibly rude. I was told to call back around 3:00 today, but will wait and see if I get a follow up call. I was prompted to write a review as I will be reading others for new GPs in the area and thought I'd give back :)
I will note that I am a 20 something year old that is hard to anger and this is my first review.
