Dr Carter gets major points for spending tome with me and working on my problemwithout rishing me out the door with a script and see you for 5 minutes. It was amazing to have my prescriptions filled there and be done and get on with getting healed.

The doctor and doctor's assistant were great. The receptionist on the other hand seemed a little rude and not very personable. They also wouldn't allow me to pay with my HOA account via an online transaction. They required a debit card which I didn't have with me.

Seen an hour after my appt. Dr had no bedside manner, didn't even introduce himself. Seemed annoyed to be working. Mocked my self-knowledge of my own health. Brought 2 med students in without notice/asking. Didn't take my concerns seriously. Gave me obvious med advice then left.

Precursor: My complaints and dissatisfaction are with the front desk staff and general process - NOT the doctors.
I had an appointment at 1pm. I arrived quite a bit early at 12pm. Upon arriving I told them I had a zocdoc appointment and was promptly told "we don't really honor those". I still had to provide insurance and medical info despite having filled it out ahead of time on zocdoc.
After being checkedin at 1205pm - I figured I wouldn't be seen til around 1pm when my appointment was. However, I wasn't called back to see the doctor until 205pm as they told me the appointment doesn't hold my position they just put me next in line. It was also a bit concerning as there were only 2 people there before me when I got there at 12 yet still took 2 hours to get to me.
The student doctor was awesome - extremely thorough, compassionate, and an active listener. The doctor then followed up and was just as great. Not sure if I will return though having to wait so long when booking an appointment.

One of the worst diagnostics I have ever had. The physician who took a look at me seemed uninterested or did not seem confident to understand the root cause of my symptoms and simply sent back the nurse with a prescription and no instructions on how to use them at all. Total rip off!

I came to the clinic to get my daughter tested for the flu. Turned out they were out of flu kits but didn’t mention it until after the doctor walked into the room. Moreover, the doctor was rather rude. I would not be going back there

Waited over an hour to be seen with an appt. The doctor was fine and got me in and and out once he knew how long I had waited. The nurse that checked me in my room was very unfriendly and not very nice. Not a single smile from her. Not sure I will go back here due to this place didn’t really win me over and I’m still home sick.

The best and most efficient doctor visit I've ever had. I made the appointment online at the very last minute and expected a long wait time and mediocre care but it was the complete opposite. My wait was 5 mins and the entire staff was nice and knowledgeable.
