I was denied care due to an outstanding balance from a visit due to a car accident I was not at fault for back in December 2025. Currently waiting on my attorney to finish handling those matters as the others drivers at fault were the reason for my initial visit. I needed to be seen for an unbearable migraine which has not yet resolved.

This office is not set-up with ZocDoc; maybe they were at some point but not anymore. I wouldn't recommend this clinic anyways.

Easy appt setup. Some on-site sign-in difficulty due to illness impacted mental capacity but overall an easy process with friendly and efficient staff. Nice quiet place to wait and short wait time.

I made an appointment to a walk-in clinic and sat like I was a walk-in. Didn't see a need for the appointment. The appointment was never even mentioned. However the staff was very apologetic, I did appreciate that. The staff was also very friendly and did make for a great visit.

I arrived to my appointment and was told that the receptionists did not have access to their Zocdoc accounts and could not acknowledge the appointment. I was told that I would be considered a walk-in and that there were 11 people ahead of me. The receptionist was very nice, but the experience was highly inconvenient. Would not recommend.

I brought my toddler to this location on a Friday and was told they were not accepting walk ins. I went to my car and booked an appointment online for the next morning. I get there and I’m told there was no appointment on their books. I showed the receptionist the confirmation on my phone. She was very nice, but my baby and I still waited an hour and a half. I didn’t see the point in making an appointment.

Great overall experience. The issue is with Zocdoc. Office management told me that Zocdoc appointments do not appear in their system. So I was treated as a walk in and at the time wait was 2 hours and 40 minutes. No fault of Wellstar, something Zocdoc needs to rectify.
