Did what the told me to do, scheduled an appointment after my Endo. Had to leave work 2 hours early, 45 minute train ride, 10 minute walk, 40 minute wait only to be put into his office to be told "you're fine, just eat more frequently".
This could of been a phone or email conversation. Other than that he's fine.

Everything went well. All of the staff is professional, patient, and kind. They explained everything clearly and were very organized. The office is clean, neat, spacious ,and comfortable. Dr Charles asked all the right questions and took his time listening to me. Despite having a filled waiting area they took patients in consistently. For every patient that went in there were patients coming out done with their appointments or transitioning to other parts of their appointment. I saw all the staff working and making everything run smoothly. Other specialists have been rude and dismissive towards me in the past because I seem too young to have whatever ailments or complaints I had at the time so I was a bit nervous about that happening again. I am glad I scheduled to see Dr Charles and would definitely recommend him. His bedside manner is excellent.
