This was my first visit, but the staff was so friendly. Everyone was kind and welcoming. Dr.Green was easy to talk to and I felt very comfortable. Everyone in the office was so pleasantly down to earth. I felt very comfortable, rather than feeling like I was just a number at my former provider. I’m really glad I found them!

Michele Green, PA-C, has been a practicing Physician Assistant for over 30 years. She has always been passionate about Women's Health and Empowerment but has also worked in various other specialties, including Holistic Medicine, OB/GYN, Geriatrics, Addiction Services, and most recently, as a Provider and Clinical Practice Manager in an Adolescent Medicine Practice. She is also a Sexual Assault Forensic Examiner in the SAVI Program at Mount Sinai Hospital.
While not practicing as a Physician Assistant, she enjoys other activities such as Roller skating and teaching Chicago Style Stepping (A Sophisticated partner-style dance) several times a week, as well as hosting events for students and Professionals in this style of dance with participants ranging in age from 20-80.
She is incredibly excited about joining this wonderful practice that is Patient-Centric, Comprehensive, and offers a Holistic element as well as traditional Medicine to treat their Patients.

I booked an appt with Dr. Rustamova. I called the office over 5x to let them know I would be delayed due to a medical appointment where I was required to run additional tests. Upon arrival they asked me for my insurance card several times even though it was already in the online portal, which they eventually checked and agreed that I do not need to email it to them. I was told that I was the last patient and the doctor would see me in 15-20 minutes. After a 45 minute wait, another patient came out and complained that she had been left in the room for over 30 minutes. The receptionist called Michelle Green who came out and when she was told the patient was waiting said "whatever". After 15 minutes the patient came out and complained that she should have been told Dr. Rustamova wasn't in because she wanted to see her. At that point I found out the doctor was not in, told the receptionist I was not interested in the appointment and left. Overall, a dissapointing experience.
