Dr. Dziedzic is a great therapist. She really helped me during a rough time in my life. She pushed me to get through my discomfort but was also gentle when it was needed. She does teletherapy which is really helpful when you live in remote places.
Dr. Dziedzic is very knowlegable and aware of the many nuances that are involved in treating anxiety disorders. In addition to this she is very empathetic and easy to open up to.

Dr. Michelle Dziedzic is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, and obsessive compulsive disorder. She empowers clients to improve their health with focuses on smoking cessation and various eating-related issues including binge and emotional eating. She earned her Masters degree in Psychology at Columbia University and Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology at Long Island University at Post. She has also incorporated elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in her treatment and believes that Mindfulness is the foundation for success in therapy. A word from Dr. Dziedzic: “If you are considering therapy you are already embarking on your journey of introspection and change! You may have arrived here through a realization that you are engaging in behaviors that are no longer serving you or stuck on thoughts that you find very distressing. Perhaps your relationships don’t seem to go in the direction you want them to. All too frequently people suffer needlessly as mental health struggles are denied or diminished. Many people lack an avenue for healthy expression and therapy can be a place to process thoughts and understand your emotions. Therapy is most successful when there is collaboration between client and therapist and through a balance of empathy and encouragement you can achieve your goals. Together we can discover how you envision your ideal life and make the changes to live more consistently towards your values."

She is great and makes you feel comfortable. She is great at her job!
Dr. Dziedzic is a great therapist. She really helped me during a rough time in my life. She pushed me to get through my discomfort but was also gentle when it was needed. She does teletherapy which is really helpful when you live in remote places.

Michelle is my dream therapist. She's empathetic, but she doesn't let me off the hook. I leave our sessions energized to do work all week, and since we've started working together my relationship to my OCD has drastically improved.
Dr. Dziedzic has been the most skilled and kind psychologist. While she is professional and knowledgable, she is also a very warm and friendly person which was very important for our doctor/patient relationship in order to build trust. In sessions she has used CBT/ACT/ERP according to my specific needs, and this has greatly helped me.
I was a client of Michelle's for much of 2019, and it was a really transformative experience for me. Michelle is a gifted therapist. She's highly thoughtful and present. She challenged me in really positive ways and often made illuminating connections that I myself had missed (and I consider myself a very introspective person!). One of the things I enjoyed most about my experience working with Michelle is her expectation that her clients are active participants in the therapy process. She often gave me readings, assignments and great prompts to work on outside of our sessions that reinforced what we'd discussed that week. As a result, I looked forward to our sessions and her insights each week, but I also felt a sense of empowerment and self-confidence through the process that I have not felt in other therapy I've done over the years. In short, I highly recommend Michelle!
Dr. Dziedzic is amazing. She helped me during a very difficult time in my life and I am so grateful for her empathy and expertise. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a therapist.
I looked forward to my sessions with Michelle very much. She proved to be an excellent and highly skilled professional. I struggled with OCD for over a decades and went to various counselors, but Michelle was by far the most skilled and probably the most helpful for my OCD. My OCD has manifested itself in many ways over the years but I was seeing Michelle for relationship OCD which had ruined and negatively influenced multiple previous relationships. Which due to Providence proved ultimately to be a good thing as Michelle help me work through my relationship OCD with my current wife while we were dating. I went from being incredibly insecure and anxious about my relationship and burdened with many doubts to being happily married and more confident in myself, in my spouse, our relationship and my God. And I owe much thanks for these things to Michelle who was instrumental and bringing perspective to my fears and empowering me to live a happy and normal life despite them. She was also very respectful of my religious beliefs and values. I would highly recommend her services to anyone struggling with obsessive compulsive disorder or anxiety related conditions. If needed i would return to her for continued therapy but since my treatment with her I've been much more able to manage my OCD and much, much less symptomatic.
