Bryant West Psychology works with most insurance plans (whether in-network or out-of-network) to make the financials easy, hassle-free, and paper-work-free for you. We can bill your insurance for you, and you can pay us any deductibles and co-pays by credit card or through Zelle, as well as the old-fashioned ways, such as check or cash.
In-Network: Our clinicians are providers in the following networks: Aetna and its affiliated insurances (Allied Benefit Systems - Aetna, Christian Brothers Services - Aetna, Health Scope - Aetna, Meritain, Nippon, Trustmark ) and student health insurance at NYU, Columbia, New School, Fordham, FIT, and Pratt. Your insurance company sets our fees, co-pays, and deductibles, making our services more affordable. We will discuss this with you.
Out-of-Network: We bill all insurance companies, such as United Health Care, Oxford, Cigna, Blue Cross/Shield, and Beacon (to name a few). Depending on your plan, your insurance may pay up to 80% of our fee (and sometimes more). We will do our best to work with you to make payment arrangements that won't break the bank—that is, your bank.
