Michelle Muldrow, DO, is a native Texan from Laredo. She pursued advanced education in social work then focused on medicine, achieving her osteopathic medicine degree, internship and residency on the East Coast. She returned to San Antonio to focus on caring for women of all ages and in all stages of life, basing her practice on evidence-based medicine. Dr. Muldrow considers it her duty to advocate for her patients as she supports them with loyalty, compassion and empathy. Her approach is holistic, caring and inclusive of women throughout their lives. She considers it a true honor to be a partner in her patients’ significant life moments – helping them through a successful pregnancy and delivering a child into the world, as well as addressing gynecological health issues.
Family brought her back to Texas and Dr. Muldrow enjoys her time with immediate and extended family, friends and pets. She enjoys pursuing fitness goals, dancing, hosting gatherings at her home, road trips, and outdoor activities, as well as being a gymnastics and soccer mom for her daughter.

The only thing I found lacking was a sense of privacy. Everything I had to tell about my future appointment and procedure (biopsy) was heard by the entire waiting room. The checkout should be separate from the check-in, which is also announcing everything to everyone. Really not very professional.

Dr. Muldrow was a God sent! I picked her because she had the soonest availability, was closest to me, and was within my network. Normally, I would think that would mean poor service, but she was the complete opposite. Though the wait was a bit long, Dr. Muldrow was thorough and kind! She treated me like a human, she empathized with me, and her attitude was sunshine on my rainy day. Thank you, Dr. Muldrow! I wish more doctors were like you!

Experience was unacceptable. My paperwork was completed online the day before my scheduled appointment and I checked in 15 minutes early. Once I was taken to an examination room, I waited 90 minutes and the physician still had not seen me. After talking to the office manager, I walked out and will never return, regardless of the organization's locations.

Front Desk didnt seem pleased to be working. Back office staff was friendly and through. Dr took time to explain and chat with me about my history as I am a new patient, she was informative and easy to talk to. Definingly felt comfortable with Dr and back office staff, will be going back.

I was told to fill out paperwork before the appointment, but when I was one hour away from the appointment they text me a quick form to fill out. They didn't even need the large amount of paperwork it took an hour to fill out.

Very dismissive of my questions and symptoms. Waited over two hours just for the doctor to spend less than 5 minutes with me. Said they would give me some guidance and send a rec for another doctor that could possibly help me, but it has been weeks with no response. I have left several messages seeking help and guidance from the office with no response. I give up. I would not recommend going here.

The office staff from the start were not friendly. I apologized for not having a mask and I asked if there was one they could provide or I can go get one. The response I received was, " I will give you one today, but next time if you don't have a mask, you will be asked to leave and your appointment will be canceled. The woman who did my sonogram was excellent!After the sonogram, I waited in the waiting room for about 30 minutes before being taken back to a room. The nurse told me that Dr. Muldrow would be in in a few minutes, that she was on her way. The weather was terrible that morning and I totally understood. However, about an hour later the nurse returned and said that Dr. Muldrow was still at the hospital y and I could either wait, but she didn't know how long, or I could reschedule, which had already. I totally understand that there are emergencies, but they could at least be honest from the get go. I was told I would get a phone call, but I have yet to hear from them.

The check in process was smooth but the wait for an Annual visit was crazy. I have to wait two weeks for my results and I am unsure as to why. The doctor was kind and asked if I had questions but for the two hours I waited the visit wasn't what I expected. They don't have a portal to access results so I am now just waiting to get my results.
