Dr. Ranes is ACLS certified, and she speaks both English and Spanish.
Dr. Ranes earned her B.S. in chemistry from the University of Florida in Gainesville. She studied medicine at the University of South Florida College of Medicine. Dr. Ranes completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies in Orlando.

Dr. Ranes was very thorough and extremely attentive to my questions and considerate of my concerns. I explained I'd previously had a painful exam at a checkup with a different doctor (in another city not associated with this practice/group) She took great care to ensure my comfort. This is the best GYN physician I've ever dealt with.
The facility is modern, comfortable and pristine. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and patient. I didn't feel at all rushed by either the doctor or staff. 5 minute wait time in lobby.
If you've been avoiding an annual check up for what ever reason, don't put it off any longer. I would highly recommend Dr. Ranes for your gyn needs.

I live 30 minutes away but I'm going to continue driving to this location and doctor! Everything was so nice and comfortable! Flowers everywhere, big comfy couches, hot pink throw pillows, it felt more like a home than a sterile doctors office. I loved how friendly and efficient everyone was. Once taken to my private room the doctor came and took me to her office to talk over my medical history, purpose of the visit (for me she extensively explained all the birth control methods), and answered any questions. She's extremely friendly and easy to talk to. She never once seemed rushed and even went out of her way to help me with certain things this visit. Above and beyond.

The office was new and beautifully decorated, the staff and MD were nice. I just have one complaint about my visit.
The wait! My appointment was scheduled for 2:30 and I was told to come 30 minutes earlier to fill paperwork. I got there at 1:50 and was only seen at 3:50. I waited in the waiting room, waited after they took my blood pressure and weight, and waited again in the examination room to see the MD. The office was empty. I have no idea why I had to wait so much! I was just there for my annual visit.I hope this never happens again or I will consider finding another place.
