the music in the office was terrible, front desk and whatever provider I saw was friendly, I did not see the provider I booked with, they did not do ultrasound as advertised. I was in and out quickly, but it was a waste of time not getting my needed ultrasound.

The office squeezed me in after work which is usually difficult to find. The front desk person was friendly and informative. I had to wait about 30 minutes but they were busy and while I was waiting they took care of my co-pay and insurance. The assistant was also great, quick, funny and apologized for the wait. She was very understanding of the reason I was there and I did not feel judged. The provider Michelle was also very understanding and wrote me a rx that I very much needed. Great experience over all just make sure you have time because you might have to wait a bit for your appointment.

THIS PLACE WOW. Michelle made me like superstar, always thinking of ME! Her knowledge made me feel Supa dupa comfy. Y’all is a half hour drive from me, but it’s worth it for the exceptionally kind considerate service!

Even though the staff informed me that their system was not working with Zocdoc at the time, they had me sign in as a walk in and I was seen immediately! Doc was super helpful and professional and answered all my questions!

I went for a blood test and I was told i was going to receive a call and email from them in the next 3-5 days to let me know about my results, it’s been 3 weeks now and I never got a call nor an email. Receptionists were nice and friendly but the wait was too long, they had the internet down at the time of my appointment, it was either wait there till their system was up again or leave and come back later, they ended up calling me 3 hours later so I had to drive all the way back there again. The doctor was hostile and wasn’t very nice. There’s better doctor offices around the area don’t waste your time here.

This is an urgent care office and Every time I’ve made a zoc doc appointment they have me sign in as a walk in instead of someone with an appointment. Doctor didn’t give eye contact was typing and looking at the computer screen most of the time and at some point grabbed her phone. Made me feel awkward about asking questions about what I was concerned and uneducated about. I’ve been here twice and both times I feel like I wasn’t evaluated this time I definitely made me realize not to go again and be conscious of the address on zoc doc as they always show available. This place is probably good if you have a simple illness and would like a prescription fast but not for professional care

My visit today here @ Pioneer Physicians with Michelle Trevino was wonderful, professional, but most of all so great, Ms. Trevino attended to all my needs as I am in so much need of all my medical pain this day, Ms. Trevino answered all of my questions gave me the medications that I needed and I will be coming to see her on a regular basis from now on. Thank you, Ms. Trevino!
