Loved the doctor! She was everything all the reviews said she was! Her staff on the other hand was very rude. I had gotten lost and the secretary was not helpful at all even though I was two buildings down and when I arrived she was very cold and unfriendly. I am just glad that the doctor was professional, personable and very knowledgeable.

I have been on the search for a primary care doctor in Chicago for so long but I think the search is over with Dr. Zeng! She is completely professional but personable--she listened to my rather extensive medical history and addressed any possible concerns very thoroughly. She also refilled my medications for many months instead of just one or two, which is so helpful. Unlike a lot of other doctors in this city, she doesn't persuade you to take unnecessary
(and expensive) tests or cram a bunch of patients into a waiting room. Dr. Zeng is all about the patient, not the money, and that's pretty refreshing in Chicago. I will definitely be going to Dr. Zeng in the future.

Despite the wait time on my first visit, I have still decided to make Dr. Zeng my primary doctor because she is awesome. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and worked patiently with me to figure out what I needed. The office has a relaxed atmosphere (as opposed to some places that seem cold and impersonal).

Dr Zeng listened to me and took the time to not only showed she cared about my situation, but that she wanted to help me. This is the first time that I found a doctor who actually wants to listen to my needs and then work with me to solve them. She is amazing!

I was there for the flu. I was a walk-in and they were able to add me onto the schedule. I was able to make it home in one hour and fifteen minutes with my medications. Dr. Zeng schedule me for a physical in a few weeks. She will be my family doctor from now on.

I had never seen her, so I showed up 20 minutes early, to fill out paperwork, etc. My appointment was supposed to be at 11:30. I waited in the office until 11:50, then was put into a room. At 12:15, I went out to the front desk and asked why I had not been seen. I had my toddler with me (as well as the back pain I was there to have treated) and it was getting close to his bedtime. Also, a toddler in a tiny room full of things he isn't supposed to touch... The receptionist said Dr. Zeng was "a little behind." I went back to my room and waited until 12:45, when Dr. Zeng arrives and asks me a few questions. I had been taking ibuprofen, it made my stomach hurt and it wasn't working. She tried to prescribe me more ibuprofen! I didn't get out of the office until after one o'clock. The only reason I should spend 2 hours at a doctor is if I'm having surgery.
She didn't apologize for being late, she didn't listen to me, she is a poor doctor I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
