Worst doctors office ever, the staff and doctors don’t know what there doing. Super unfriendly which always boggles my mind when unkind people choose to work in helping people….. would never go back and would not trust them with my health.

When I arrived I was told I would have to switch them to my PCP in order for them to treat me. There is nothing 'urgent" about asking me to change the PCP on my insurance. I left and went to another urgent care who would actually treat me urgently without asking me to modify my insurance providers.

This was my second visit to this urgent care, and although I had
the first morning appointment my wait time was 40 minutes. Although the doctor answered all my questions I felt she was rushing me, unlike my first appointment with Dr. Lupovic. Aside from that, the doctor was very thorough and went over all my test results.

No privacy in exam room, doc asked me zero questions, totally uninterested. Wasn’t told when i needed to schedule second dose of vaccine nor followup to get results of bloodwork. Cannot call as no one picks up and does not accept messages. Blood extraction had blood dripping from vials. There is not 1 positive thing to say about this visit

They weren't knowledgable. They were cold and unfriendly. It felt like they were just going through the motions and didn't care to ensure my comfort. I asked questions they couldn't answer. Dr. Zhang seemed like she couldn't wait to be done with me.
